DataRescueNHV: Save government data on March 4th!

Help preserve federal government data! DataRescue New Haven @ Yale is an effort to identify, download, and preserve federal research data to ensure ongoing access by scholars, policymakers, journalists, and the public.

We hope you’ll join our group of scientists, researchers, librarians, archivists, and students on Saturday, March 4, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the 17 Hillhouse TEAL classroom. Bring a laptop; we’ll provide snacks and lunch.

We’re looking for Internet searchers and social media mavens, as well as programmers, metadata specialists, and subject domain experts.
