Trouble managing your stress or sleep schedule? Interested in learning about mindfulness and meditation but don’t know where to start? Come to the CSSSI 24-Hour Space on Monday, February 27, 4-5 p.m. for an interactive session on the origins of stress and how mindfulness can help. Healthy snacks and tea will be provided.
